Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in Quantity Surveying software such as Excel. Skilled in AutoCAD. Strong communication skills with a pleasing personality. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates throughout all project stages. Advise on cost-effective alternatives regarding materials, methods, and designs. Evaluate and compare quotations from contractors and suppliers. Participate in negotiations to ensure procurement delivers best value. Coordinate with all Subcontractor to get best price and keep strong record Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe Negotiating labour contracts and schedule Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment Assist in the development of the procurement program and carrying out subcontractor procurement Selection of contracts for projects and sub contractors. To attend site visits/meetings as and when required and to adhere to the health and safety procedures/requirements Maintain all project approved Quote/Contracts and all other supporting Documents Maintain Weekly Meeting and follow up for compliance of each task
