Quality System Engineer Your missions: . Define & Maintain the Quality Management System. . Define the quality manual as per IATF 16949 standard. . Participate on the preparation of all department procedures, and ensure procedures are followed and met to IATF Requirements. . Ensure adherence to customer specifications and Lear internal & global procedures. . Audit the adherence to the procedures in shop floor. . Prepare annual program audits. . Plan and follow system audits according to IATF 16949. . Ensure the action plan submission according to IATF quality auditors in case of any NC's. . Prepare Monthly report of plant quality performance. . Ensure the assessment of LPOF and related action plan. . Perform Homologation process audit before SOP of assembly lines. . Manage the tasks of quality system & quality reporting technicians. . Support the development of the control plan. . Enhance the continuous improvement of Quality Management System. To be successful for this role: . Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience in the same position in automotive Industry . Good Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards) . Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO... . Knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP... . Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization. Language Skills: . Good communication skills in both French and English.
