We are seeking a motivated Quality Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience in the Quality Department of a Printing Press. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience and be ready for immediate joining. This role is responsible for supervising quality control processes to ensure printing products meet company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate quality control activities within the printing process
Conduct regular inspections and tests on printed materials to maintain high quality
Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities promptly
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection reports and quality records
Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to improve quality processes
Train quality control staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to UAE industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in the Quality Department of a Printing Press
UAE experience is mandatory
Diploma or Graduate degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
