has partnered with a leading company who are hiring a Quality Specialist to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Provides quality oversight for all markets within the MENA region.
• Develop, implement and improve the local and regional Quality Management System in line with current regulations
• Act as the company's representative for all quality-related matters with customers, consultants, and health authorities.
• Participate in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of audits and inspections.
• Oversee and coordinate corrective/preventive actions and the management of customer complaints.
• Manage the document management system.
• Identify, prevent, and resolve pharmaceutical/technical issues.
• Manage quality assurance budgeting and cost control.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the quality department within the Pharmaceuticals industry in the UAE.
• Experience in CNS/Oncology/Specialty care is a must.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and MENA regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in QMS tools and MS Office applications.
