Maintenance Services Quality Specialist

A. Criteria:

Education & Experience

o Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or Quality Management.

o Proven experience in maintenance services, facilities management, or technical quality assurance.

o Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil works.

Skills & Competencies

o Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and repair standards.

o Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, including Dubai Municipality requirements for maintenance operations.

o Ability to conduct technical quality audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.

o Analytical skills to identify service gaps and propose corrective actions.

o Strong observation, interpersonal and communication.

o Strong report writing and documentation skills.

o Ability to train staff when gaps are identified.

o High attention to detail, ethical standards, impartiality, and confidentiality.

Other Requirements

o Valid driving license (IS A MUST).

B. Key Responsibilities:

o Conduct on-site audits of maintenance teams to check service quality, compliance, and safety.

o Inspect maintenance works such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair services.

o Verify proper use of tools, spare parts, and equipment.

o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, including Dubai Municipality requirements for maintenance works.

o Review job completion reports, customer feedback, and adherence to service timelines.

o Identify gaps in technical execution and provide training/coaching to staff.

o Prepare detailed audit reports with corrective action plans.

o Travel frequently between sites (valid driving license required).
