About the Role The Quality & Safety Officer will reporting directly to the Safety Manager and Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting both departments.

Primary Duties:
- Processing of Quality and Safety reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
- Perform on-site audits/inspections
- Deliver safety training to DCAF employees
- Assist in audit preparations, checklist completion
- Implement documentation reviews and revisions
- Evaluate FDM data
- Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
- Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
- Promote Safety and Quality throughout the company
- Any other tasks as determined by the Quality Manager and Safety Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Certificate
- Valid unrestricted UAE driver?s license essential
- Previous experience within Aviation required
- Previous Airworthiness or Aviation Maintenance experience
Job-Specific Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Quality & Safety Management systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
- Previous experience working with IQSMS
- Good knowledge of WebManuals
- Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
