: The selected candidate will develop, or advise on the development of, documents describing processes and procedures related to project delivery efforts, including review of Quality Manuals and Project Management Plans to verify compliance with corporate and industry standards, regulations and regulatory commitments. Performs quality activities on assigned complex quality projects/programs and/or functional area(s) to ensure that products or services provided are in accordance with customer and Parsons quality requirements. Regularly interacts with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, and other personnel. Data management and analysis skills are also needed. You will interact with senior level representatives from a variety of functional groups, including projects managers, design/engineering, construction, safety and other personnel. Roles and Responsibilities
Use quality tools and techniques to identify quality problems.
Prepare process flows and assist in writing detailed procedures.
Support quality engineers to analyze and solves quality problems.
Assist in quality improvement projects.
Perform quality analysis reports for continual improvement.
Apply knowledge acquired on business process modeling notations to various forms of documenting processes.
Facilitate any organizational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements.
Carry out professional measuring and monitoring, as well as provision of feedback on performance of business processes.
Educate Business users that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
Lead the redesigned workshop processes.
Manage changes in process.
Identify, detect, and create business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
Discern the difference between various steps and business processes recorded on a flow chart.
Analyze business steps and processes to enable easy determination of their constituents.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience, which includes at least 4 years in analyzing the quality management system.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Professional in MS Office
Possess ability for business management
Possess knowledge of organization’s culture and structure
Possess strong communication skills
Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization, to build on the vision of the business organization, to discover and establish business process, to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes, to construct business process methodology toolbox.
Skill for business process simulation and optimization and application development.
Ability to establish and govern business process towards excellence performance, to make decisions fast and also establish rules towards proper business management, to facilitate business process and monitor other members of staff towards attaining business goal, to benchmark and analyze various business processes.
