to join our bread production team. The Quality Officer will ensure that all bakery products meet company quality standards and comply with food safety regulations. This role supports daily production operations and helps maintain consistency and product excellence.
Responsibilities
Inspect bread and bakery products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Check raw materials such as flour, yeast, and sugar before production.
Monitor dough preparation, baking, cooling, and packaging processes.
Record and review quality inspection results.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards.
Support audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
Train production staff on hygiene and food handling practices.
Work with the production team to improve processes and product quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Quality Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in food or bakery production.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Work Hours
