to join our factory team in Sharjah. The key responsibility of this role is to build and implement a factory-wide quality system covering production processes, warehouse operations, product quality, and cross-functional workflows (including purchasing and accounting-related controls) to ensure operational discipline and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement a factory-wide Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 principles.
Create, update, and control documented procedures (SOPs), forms, and quality records for all departments.
Execute internal audit plans, issue NCRs, manage CAPA actions, and verify effectiveness.
Establish process quality controls (in-process checks) and final inspection standards with clear acceptance/rejection criteria.
Ensure quality controls within warehouse operations (incoming inspection, batch/lot traceability, segregation, cycle counts).
Analyze quality data and provide periodic management reports with key KPIs (defects, scrap, complaints, compliance).
Train employees on procedures, documentation discipline, and quality requirements.
Work closely with all departments to eliminate recurring issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably covering multiple departments, not product-only QC).
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 implementation and internal auditing.
Strong documentation skills (SOPs, forms, records control).
Solid problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills (5Why, Fishbone, Pareto).
Proficient in Excel and reporting; ERP experience (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
Organized and firm personality with strong follow-up and communication skills.
Fluent English is a must.
