Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation audits, including
DOH, JCI, Tasneef, and ADHICS
audits.
Oversee and supervise
infection control
programs and ensure best practices are implemented.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all accreditation requirements.
Submit and manage
KPI Jawda
submissions in accordance with regulatory standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality and safety policies, procedures, and key performance indicators.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety throughout the hospital.
Provide training and support to staff on quality, safety, and infection control standards.
Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in a hospital setting in a similar role.
Proven knowledge and experience with
DOH, JCI, Tasneef, and ADHICS audits
.
Strong background in
infection control supervision
.
Experience in
KPI Jawda submission
.
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; a relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Evidence of continuing professional development in quality, safety, or risk management.
