Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of our quality assurance and control systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent regulatory, safety, and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage a team of quality professionals, and serve as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters.
Key Responsibilities

• Quality System Management: Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure full compliance with local (UAE/Municipality), regional (GCC), and international food safety regulations. Lead internal and external audits (third-party, customer, regulatory).
• Technical Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve complex quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints using root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, CAPA).
• Process & Equipment Oversight: Work independently to validate and verify complex manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure they operate within specified quality parameters.
• Supplier Quality: Manage the supplier approval and monitoring program, conducting audits and reviews of raw material quality.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data (e.g., KPIs, trends, defect rates) to identify areas for improvement and report on quality performance to senior management.
• Training & Culture: Foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization by developing and delivering training programs to production and operational teams.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)

• Essential Experience:
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager, QA Supervisor, or similar leadership role within food manufacturing or a similar FMCG/industrial production environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals, beverages).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards: HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF.
• Experience working with complex automated equipment and production processes.

• Language Skills:
• Confident spoken English is essential for clear communication, training delivery, and ensuring site safety. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
