The Role

Position Title:

Quality Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Accommodation Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A trusted plastic manufacturer for FMCG and Pharmaceutical packaging in Sharjah supporting key clients within GCC : o Oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in the production. o Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, GMP, and other relevant standards. o Conduct root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. o Lead internal and external audits, including customer and certification body inspections to enforce and maintain compliance on quality at every stage.

Requirements

Open to Asian Nationals, 45 years old and below o Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Polymer Science or any related field o Minimum 8 years of experience in rigid plastic packaging with proven expertise in QMS implementation & Audits o In-depth knowledge of ISO, GMP, and other relevant quality standards
