Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and manage quality control and assurance processes for our construction projects. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications to deliver high-quality, defect-free construction work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC, inspections, compliance, and construction methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control: Implement QA/QC systems, conduct inspections, audits, and material testing, and resolve non-conformities. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements. Supplier & Contractor Management: Evaluate and audit materials, vendors, and subcontractors for quality compliance. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain quality records, NCRs, and reports, ensuring alignment with project guidelines. Process Improvement & Training: Enhance construction quality, train teams, and apply lessons learned. Risk Management: Identify quality risks, resolve defects, and address customer complaints. Minimum Requirements:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of quality management experience in construction. Knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC processes, material testing, and site inspections. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management software.
