About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Quality Manager

to lead and oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) functions for major infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements, supported by a strong background managing quality on high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans, procedures, and systems. Lead QA/QC teams and ensure construction activities meet required quality standards and contractual obligations. Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and project requirements. Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and monitor closure of non-conformances. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality performance. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and documentation for senior management and project stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience

in the construction of similar large-scale projects. Experience serving as a

Quality Manager (or equivalent)

on

at least five projects of similar value

. Valid

ISO 9001 Auditor

qualification or equivalent.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to implement and manage quality systems in complex project environments. Highly organized with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
