Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive

Quality Manager

with a strong background in the

packaging and manufacturing industry

to lead our quality department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management across packaging and manufacturing operations. Monitor and improve product quality by conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analyses. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer specifications. Manage internal and external audits, including ISO and customer audits. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and quality records in line with regulatory and certification requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Qualifications:

MBA with a focus on Operations or Quality . Master's in Quality Assurance or Industrial Engineering. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-7

years of experience

in quality management within the

packaging and manufacturing industry

. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis. Extensive experience conducting and managing

internal and external audits

. Strong knowledge of

ISO 9001

,

GMP

, and industry-specific standards (e.g., BRCGS, FSC, HACCP if applicable).

Preferred Certifications:

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Lean Manufacturing Certification

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
