We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services to lead quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects. This role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and support project delivery excellence both on-site and in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across projects.
• Oversee quality assurance and control activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to embed quality best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, inspection plans, and compliance reports.
• Provide consultancy support to clients on quality management systems, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs, non-conformities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training and mentoring to project and quality teams on quality standards and tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 13 - 15 years of experience in quality management within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in managing quality on-site for large-scale projects.
• Strong consultancy background with client-facing experience in quality advisory roles.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards (ISO, ASME, etc.), and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, RCA, Six Sigma, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
