Partner with the best You will monitor manufacturing operations and ensure products and services are meeting the quality assurance program, customer requirements, engineering specifications and appropriate industry/regulatory standard
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Verifying and inspecting raw materials, finished products, welding processes, weld qualifications as per drawing, Engineering Bill Of Materials (BOM) and customer's requirements and industry standards
Verifying control identification and traceability mark of product during all stages of production and record Identifying, labeling and generating quality report as well as non-conformance report for all defective materials
Interfacing and coordination with customer's representative for material require Third Party Inspection (TPI) hold point inspection.
Performing quality inspection for product and services done at source, ensure suppliers are performing as per engineering specifications and comply with quality assurance procedure.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in lean and improvement project to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge
Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education.
Display a good ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Have 3+ years' experience as Quality Inspector and 2 years experience in the oil field environment
Have Pressure Control Equipment experience (wellhead and Xtree) is preferred
Have ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API16A knowledge
Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems
