Job Description

Overview

Organizes and actively takes part in production quality control activities.

Stops specific operations or production work when a product non conformity is identified, until the root cause is found and resolved.

Immediately informs the production coordinator if any deviation from technical documentation is detected.

Ensures that products without required supporting documentation are not approved for release.

Participates in complaint handling and analysis of defect causes.

Organizes and contributes to quality improvement meetings and prepares related records and minutes.

Maintains statistical reports related to quality performance, defect causes and customer complaints.

Monitors the condition and proper functioning of measuring and control equipment within the company.

Participates in the maintenance and continuous development of the Quality Management System.

Carries out incoming inspection of purchased materials and keeps all related documentation up to date.

Job Requirements

Education: Higher or secondary technical education.

Work experience: More than 3 years in a similar quality-related role.

Qualification Skills

Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.

Experience in using measuring and control tools such as calipers, micrometers, spring force gauges, hardness testers, profile projectors and gauges.

Basic computer skills for daily reporting and documentation tasks.
