Job Posting Number - Quality Inspector-223 Job description Responsible for inspecting products, materials, or processes to ensure they meet specified standards and quality requirements. Perform visual and dimensional checks, maintain records, report deviations, and support process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precision inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
- Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks during machining.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report non-conformities, defects, or deviations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in the machining process.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to address quality concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical certifications is a plus.
- Mandatory prior experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or precision machining setting.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quality Inspection: 2 years (Preferred)
