PLASTIC MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Job description
- To study & monitor the Inspection reports. Advice correction and take remedial actions when ever required.
- Establishing quality standards for products a company produces
- Checking the timely calibration of all equipment.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical query and complaints.
- Inform management on Quality issues.
- Responsible for quality inspections at all stages.
- Ensure that the processes needed for the Quality Management Systems are established, implemented & maintained in coordination with MR
- To initiate CAPA in case of customer complaints / non-conformities related to product quality.
- Responsible to follow quality management & company procedures
- Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards
- Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
- Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company
- Using gadgets such as micrometer screw gauges to measure products
- Removing products that don\xe2\x80\x99t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality
- Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents and manuals
- Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
- Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dexterity, physical strength and physical stamina
- Performing inspections at random to assess product quality
- Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
