Quality Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and lead the Quality Engineering team across all production lines (Flexible PVC, Fire Hoses, Fittings, and Injection).Monitor daily QC/QA operations and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and international standards.Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop inspection sheets and quality checkpoints for raw materials, in-process stages, andfinal products. Ensure calibration and readiness of all testing and labequipment. Support NPD and Engineering teams with quality requirements andsample approvals. Prepare daily and weekly quality performance reports and propose improvement plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing.Preferably experience in PVC extrusion, injection molding, flexible hoses, or firefighting manufacturing. Strong understanding of QA/QC methods, ISO standards, and problem-solving tools.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple production lines and perform under pressure.
