Quality Engineer - CARESOFT Technologies LLC

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Education Required:

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Automobile engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Experience required:

2 to 4 years in the field of Automotive which includes reverse engineering / Benchmarking of automotive products Quality checking process or data quality experience.

Skillset Required:

Automotive product / system design and Quality knowledge. Reverse engineering / benchmarking knowledge on automotive products. Knowledge on Bill of Material creation for Automotive vehicle parts. Automotive Vehicle data capturing. Knowledge on automotive Parts naming & functionality identification. Weight Capturing / Weight Analysis study of the entire vehicle. Material identification & classification knowledge of Ferrous / Non-Ferrous / Plastic / Composite Materials. Knowledge of electric vehicle / IC engine system function or working principle. Experience in Value Analysis / Value Engineering knowledge on automotive parts. Knowledge on MSA & SPC study. Knowledge in RCA & CAPA analysis between CFT teams. Very good written & oral communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To do quality checking as per the defined SOP, Work instruction, checklist. Identify the error and categorize the same as per standardization. Co-ordinate with tech center team for error correction and re validate. To identify the teardown part functionality & description of part to be defined. To coordinate the data capturing team to meet the project timeline. Basic knowledge of Customer complaint management. Effective knowledge in RCA & CAPA process. Basic knowledge in MSA / GR&R process. To prepare the checklist for each process carried out as per SOP. Ensure effective implementation of CAPA against RCAs. Quality control & check on the process & delivery. Effective communication with managers & team members. Good time management skills & effective team player.
