Job Description
Overview
Monitor and maintain product quality to ensure all standards are consistently met.
Read, understand and work with electronic schematics and technical drawings.
Develop, update and manage quality related documentation, including manuals, procedures and reference product samples.
Actively support and participate in the introduction of new products into production.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve electronic product quality issues.
Take part in root cause analysis discussions and contribute to improvement actions with cross functional teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
Engineering or bachelor's degree in electronic science or a closely related field.
Previous experience or basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing will be an advantage.
Interest in PCBA manufacturing, including production methods and process technologies.
