The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting tests and inspections, and collaborating with other departments to improve product quality.

What You Will Do

Quality Champion for the plant Support and guide investigations and corrective actions setting for customer claims Drive management of change, continuous improvement and quality actions across different departments Responsible for QMS and provide training and support to other personnel when needed Monitor and drive improvements to process and product as well as customer satisfaction Lead planned and unplanned customer visits as well as supplier quality assessment Ensure alignment of processes with SOPs and ISO 9001 Lead internal audit programs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.


Excellent command of English


A flexible can-do positive attitude with a contribution mindset to identify opportunities to continually improve and transform yourself and the business


Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and self-motivation


Keen attention to details


Ability to communicate at all levels at plant, customer and supplier


Ability to influence a wide range of people at different areas
