Job Description

To ensure that the activities carried out by the businesses in MENARP region are compliant to all quality requirements as described in the Global QMS, associated policies and local procedures by using PowerApps to design the process to do digitalization.

The individual should have knowledge of the PowerApps and PowerBI digitalization knowledge to design automatization on processes.

Quality Data Specialist is taking responsibility for the below activities:

Design processes digitalization by using PowerApps

Create new reporting ways by using PowerBI

Ensure regional training plan implementation

Ensure QualityOne VTS system training programme execution

Work on digitalization of commercial quality processes

Prepare training materials to increase quality awareness within the region and shake holders.

Delivering objectives settled in Weekly meetings with Head of Compliance and Commercial Quality

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Responsible to support the Head of Compliance and Commercial Quality to enable to develop and implement the local Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure fully compliant products.

To ensure that the activities carried out by the businesses in MENARP region are compliant to all quality requirements as described in the Global QMS, associated policies and local procedures by using PowerApps to design the process to do digitalization.

The individual should have knowledge of the PowerApps and PowerBI digitalization knowledge to design automatization on processes. Participating in Weekly project calls for both Health and Hygiene

Ensure processes are in place to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the local QMS.

Ensure regional training programme implementation and execution.

Ensure digitalization of commercial quality main streamline processes

Professional Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or Industrial engineering, chemistry, food industry.

PowerApps Design and creation knowledge

PowerBI design and creation knowledge

Good understanding on Quality management system and standards

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
