Quality Coordinator Missions Maintenir l'usine informée des réclamations client et les problèmes qualité interne Assurer l'exécution du plan de control/ système qualité Gestion des équipes des contrôleuses et techniciens Qualité Implémentation des modifications de l'ingénierie sur les différents projets Mise en place des plans d'actions suite aux défauts qualité Gestion des Heures Supplémentaires des Contrôleuses et techniciens Qualité. Assurer l'organisation des postes de travail au sein de l'atelier Définir et suivre les engagements qualité. Piloter les processus de réparation selon procédure de retouche Assurer le suivi qualité des prototypes. Assure les audits périodiques de l'export Anime et participe aux groupes d'amélioration Qualité. Contrôler si les instructions qualité affichées correspondent au poste de travail et que les aides visuelles sont en bon état, Respecter les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité selon les sept éléments clés. RESPONSABILITES EN MATIERE DU SYSTEME QUALITE ET ENVIRONNEMENT Collaborer activement avec toutes les fonctions pour atteindre/ maintenir les certifications suivantes : ISO TS 16949. ISO 14001. To Be Successful For This Role Bac+5, with at least 1 year of experience within an automotive Industry Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards) Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO... Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP... Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization
