Quality Coordinator
Job Description
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating hospital-wide quality management, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives in alignment with the Department of Health (DOH) - Abu Dhabi standards. The role involves monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting audits, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement across clinical and non-clinical departments. The coordinator facilitates training, risk assessments, and improvement projects while ensuring documentation and reporting are accurate and timely. Strong communication, data analysis, and organizational skills are essential to promote a culture of quality and patient safety.
