Company based in UAE manufacturing Precision Engineered parts & Rubber Moulded products.

Key Task & Job Responsibilities

Responsible in daily quality inspections in different stage of inspection; incoming, in-process and final/outgoing inspection. Monitoring production and ensure the first produced quality standard maintained till the last items produced. Conduct in store inspections to assess the quality product at store level. Provide accurate and timely quality report. Review equipment calibration and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time. Reverse engineering of products based on customer samples and prepares the drawing as well. Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and process related to the Quality Management system. Ensure record keeping and filling is correct and consistent and that all records are following as per ISO 9001 procedures. Management of quality manual systems/procedures and compliances must follow. Work alongside in production team to identify and resolve quality issues. Assist in the continues growth of the quality department.

Qualification & Experience requirements

Preferably Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or in the same field With at least 2 years experience working in the same field Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other engineering software's. Knowledge in using wide range of measuring instruments (Digital & Analog). Familiar with ISO 9001 standards or equivalent QMS is a plus. Attention to Details Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
