Responsibilities:
Supervise production lines to ensure all products meet required specifications.
Assist and guide laborers during manufacturing, ensuring proper methods and quality are maintained.
Act quickly to solve quality issues during manufacturing and at project sites.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with factory management, designers, and clients regarding any quality or site issues.
Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure correct production and installation.
Provide creative manufacturing ideas and suggest improvements for production processes.
Help manage and monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent damage and minimize wastage.
Make tough decisions on-site to maintain project timelines and quality.
Report regularly on quality performance and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
Be fully committed to delivering the highest service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role in manufacturing (preferably kitchens, wardrobes, aluminum, or carpentry).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Quick learner with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and reporting skills (both verbal and written).
Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
UAE driving license preferred.
