About the Company Our client is a leading company in providing racing helmet for automotive industries. Job Title: Quality Controller Responsibilities: Reports to Managing Director Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications and standards. Report inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected. Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications. In charge of the QC of raw material and finished goods. Assure and develop the quality procedures to implement all around the manufacturer facility. Monitor the application of procedures and standards. Receive and control all the NC (non-conformities) and forward the action plan flow of resolution. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced. Minimize cost and maximize efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor degree is preferred 2+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that related with helmet product. Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals. Desire to achieve the best and ensure top-quality products. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. Attention to detail to catch defects.
