Job Purpose:

To ensure that all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with approved specifications, standards, and regulations, maintaining the highest quality standards for all projects undertaken by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify all incoming materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Monitor and document the implementation of quality control procedures throughout all project phases. Conduct regular site inspections, prepare inspection reports, and issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) when needed. Assist in developing and updating the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure its implementation. Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment used for quality inspections. Prepare and maintain quality records, test results, and compliance certificates. Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Provide quality-related training and guidance to site staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. years experience as a Quality Controller/Inspector in a general contracting or construction company. Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and practices (local and international). Proficient in reading drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Excellent reporting and documentation skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
