Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily kitchen operations to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Conduct regular inspections of branches, production areas, and storage facilities.
Implement and maintain safety and sanitation protocols across all departments.
Conduct staff training sessions on hygiene, quality, and workplace safety.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation for audits.
Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to enforce corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other health authority regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or food safety (preferably in F&B or hospitality industry).
Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and UAE food safety standards.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Arabic speaker is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
