1- Service Quality Monitoring: Ensure all drivers and vehicles meet company standards.
Check vehicle cleanliness, appearance, and overall service delivery.
2-Driver Performance Evaluation: Monitor driver behavior, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.Assess driving skills and customer interaction.
3-Compliance with Safety and Regulations: Ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Verify compliance with local laws, RTA regulations, and internal policies.
4-Using Smart Monitoring Systems: Utilize AXIS cameras or other monitoring systems to track service quality. Detect and address any deviations or performance issues.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5-Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare periodic reports on driver performance, service quality, and compliance. Suggest improvements and process enhancements.
Provide coaching and guidance to drivers to enhance service quality. Monitor improvements after implementing corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic, Urdu, and English.
Must wear the Emirati Kandura.
Preferably born in the UAE.
