Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Quality Controller

to join our furniture manufacturing facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of quality standards in wood and furniture production and at least 5 years of proven experience working in a similar role

within the UAE

.

Responsibilities:



Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Identify defects and recommend corrective actions. Maintain detailed inspection and quality control reports. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams to implement quality improvements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations. Continuously improve inspection procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of experience

in quality control

within furniture manufacturing in the UAE

. Strong knowledge of woodwork, veneer, polishing, upholstery, and final assembly processes.

Fluent in English

(written and verbal). Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiar with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
