with proven experience in the UAE production environment. The Quality Controller will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of products during the production process to meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain consistent quality and reduce defects.
Ensure compliance with UAE-specific regulations and industry standards related to quality and safety.
Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to verify quality of incoming materials.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with quality management systems.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Quality Controller or similar role in a production/manufacturing environment within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, or industry-specific as applicable).
Familiarity with UAE regulations related to product quality and safety.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production teams.
Ability to use quality inspection tools and software.
Relevant certification in Quality Management or related field is a plus.
