Job Summary :
Ensure that department staff adhere to the required quality and handover the apartment in the best condition to the tenant.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the cleaning team to complete the required cleaning tasks in the apartments (after renovation and before tenant move in) and ensure they are ready for viewing and move in of tenants.
Snag the renovated apartments to confirm the quality of the work and whether it can be rented or no
Reviewing all parts of the apartment before handing it over to the tenant to ensure that its in good condition and that there are no problems.
Resolving any technical problems discovered during the snagging as much as possible and informing the appropriate person to resolve the remaining issues.
Conducting a non-periodic review of the materials used in the apartments to ensure that the released materials have actually been used in the apartment.
Providing an evaluation of each technical task in the renovated apartment to assist in evaluating the technicians and team leaders .
