Admiral Safety Consultants LLC, a leading and EIAC-accredited Third-Party Inspection Company in the UAE with over 9 years of excellence in the industry, is looking for a
Quality Controller Assistant
to strengthen our Quality Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and implementing
Quality Management Systems
in line with
EIAC
requirements.
Support internal audits, document control, and compliance monitoring.
Coordinate with inspection engineers and ensure proper documentation of third-party inspection activities.
Assist in preparation, review, and submission of inspection reports, certificates, and records.
Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure smooth daily operations within the department.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and maintain records of compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
in the
EIAC accreditation
field and third-party inspection industry.
Good knowledge of
ISO/IEC 17020 standards
and EIAC audit processes.
Strong communication skills (English - written & spoken).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be
currently based in UAE
with transferable visa.
