Position: Quality Control (QC) Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 2000-3000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and oversee quality control processes to ensure product standards.
Inspect production stages to detect defects and maintain quality.
Lead and train the quality control team.
Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues.
Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Manage internal and external quality audits.
Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or Microbiology
Minimum 1 year QC experience (preferably in food industry)in UAE
Familiar with HACCP, ISO, and GMP practices
Good observation, documentation, and teamwork skills
