Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs
Monitor executed quantities versus contract quantities
Prepare monthly progress measurements and payment applications
Verify subcontractor and supplier quantities and invoices
Track project costs and identify variations
Assist in preparation of variation orders and final accounts
Coordinate with site and commercial teams
Prepare quantity and cost control reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / quantity surveying
Minimum 7
years' experience
in a contracting company
Strong knowledge of BOQs and quantity measurement
Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off tools
Familiar with construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
Good communication and analytical skills
