Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused team member to take ownership of quality control and team support. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service consistency, ensuring staff are supported, and client communication is always clear and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Review videos, client updates, and daily reports to ensure service standards are met Flag and help resolve any discrepancies or missed steps in service delivery Provide feedback and assist in retraining team members when needed Monitor staff adherence to agendas and visit notes Communicate professionally with clients and escalate issues as required Support onboarding and reinforce training for new staff Track service quality trends and suggest areas for improvement Maintain internal checklists and support team coordination

Required Skills & Experience:

High attention to detail and commitment to consistency Excellent communication skills--clear, calm, and professional Ability to give constructive feedback and manage team performance Fast, logical thinker and problem-solver Familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets, and reviewing video content Background in quality control, customer service, or supervisory roles preferred
