Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Supervisor. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing quality control, implementing quality management systems, ensuring product quality, and conducting quality assurance processes on a day-to-day basis.

• Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.)
• Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures
• Schedule the co manufacturing visits and audits ensure
• Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• More than 5 years in FMCG " beverage manufacturing "and production industry.
• BSc. science, Agriculture Food Safety .
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000 /FSSC
• Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control techniques.
• Certified Quality Inspector certification preferred
• MS Office applications.
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Experience in Quality Management processes
• Knowledge of food safety Quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• residence Cairo and Giza nearby October city or willing to relocate
