We are seeking a highly skilled
Quality Control Supervisor
to oversee and enhance quality control activities within ouroilfield operations
. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, lead inspection processes, and support continuous improvement across all departments.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in: Quality Management Engineering Business Administration
Experience
Proven experience in: Quality Control Quality Management Related quality functions
Mandatory:
Experience inOilfield operations
Minimum of5 years
of relevant experienceCertifications (Preferred)
ISO 9001 Six Sigma Total Quality Management (TQM)
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Knowledge
Quality control principles and inspection methodologies Statistical process control and quality tools Regulatory and industry requirements within the oilfield sector
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily quality control operations Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions Maintain and update quality documentation and reports Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare reports Support the preparation of prequalification documents Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations
