Review and approve
size sets, fit samples, pre-production samples, and shipment samples

Monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and recommend preventive measures.
Collaborate with
design, production, and buying teams
to resolve quality-related issues.
Document inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain records of quality compliance.
Work closely with vendors and factories to ensure adherence to
fashion retail standards
and company policies.
Assist in
developing and improving QC procedures
to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and ethical standards
in all production activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Fashion, Textiles, Garment Technology, or a related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years of QC experience
in the
fashion retail or garment industry
.
Strong knowledge of
garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques
.
Experience in
measuring, fitting, and evaluating garment samples
.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
