Job Description

Our Client a group of companies in the field of auto spare parts in the Middle East & GCC region, as it is a company specialized in manufacturing and equipping heavy transportation vehicles of all kinds.

:

Responsibilities:

Review Procedures, direct material and other indirect materials related to structural steel works.
Review of shop drawings & fabrication drawings.
Ensure that all works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification and local & international standards & codes.
Coordination with Site team for the various inspections and testing\xe2\x80\x99s.
Conduct audits on all subcontractors for activities related by installations on site.
Raise nonconformance\xe2\x80\x99s and observation reports.
Create and monitoring quality system and quality Manual.
Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance to Project quality plan & inspection test plan.
Ensure preparation of welding Procedure Specification/procedure, qualification record and quality Procedures
Monitor the corrective / preventive action progress and verifies the effective implementation of any required action.

Job Requirements:

Education: Any related bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience Quality \xe2\x80\x93 Structural; Steel background is a MUST; Preferably has experience in industrial projects.

Languages: Good command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).

Other: Lean manufacturing and ISO.
