Quality Control Officer (QC) - Holiday Homes

We are hiring a Quality Control Officer to inspect properties before guest check-in, ensure cleaning standards, verify amenities, and report any issues to the Operations Manager. This role is key for maintaining high guest satisfaction and improving reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect all properties before guest arrival Take photos and send QC reports Ensure cleaning, linens, and amenities meet standards Report issues to the Operations Manager Follow up on corrections with cleaning & maintenance Maintain checklists and quality documentation
Requirements

Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or QC Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Good communication skills Reliable and well-organized

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
