Job Opportunity - Quality Control Manager (Food Manufacturing)
? Location: Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, UAE
? Working Days: 6 days a week
We are hiring an experienced Quality Control Manager for a Ras Al Khaimah-based Free Zone food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on and managerial experience in daily food production environments, especially cheese and butter manufacturing.
? Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of UAE managerial experience in food manufacturing (daily production)
- Cheese and butter production experience is highly preferred
- Proven managerial experience handling and leading a Quality Control team
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, food safety standards, and compliance
- Hands-on experience in internal & external audits, inspections, and documentation
- Experience in training staff on quality, hygiene, SOPs, and food safety
- Report directly to management and handle all QC-related matters independently
- Required QC / Food Safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, etc.)
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
- AED 10,000 per month (Negotiable)
- Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
