Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Quality Assistant. The Quality Assistant will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes, assisting in quality assurance activities, maintaining documentation related to quality management, and regularly assessing processes to ensure compliance with company standards. The role requires close collaboration with the quality team to ensure consistent adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Proficiency in Quality Management and Document Management systems. Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate within a team environment. Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or related field is an advantage.
