Job Description
- Inspection of raw materials (both food and packaging) at reception
- Rejecting the nonconforming products (not conforming to Gyma standards), accepting conditionally if required after consulting his superior.
- ? Inspection of new samples received from Procurement team and updating response of quality status of those samples.
- ? Monitoring Temperature and relative humidity of the warehouse area and proper escalation upon any deviations.
- ? To raise external Nonconformance for any serious safety and quality issues of the product.
- ? Accountable to prevent any cross contamination to the products while inspection on inspection tray.
- Preparation of product inspection report with quality status and forwarding the report summary to purchase and warehouse on daily basis.
- ? Communicating properly with warehouse staff and other Quality Controllers on status of conditionally accepted products requiring special treatment.
- ? Scheduling & supervising of products' fumigation activities when required.
- ? Proper filling of records on time and proper documentation in the final files.
- ? To arrange samples for DM inspection, hold the batch system wise until the results are
