We are hiring an experienced

Quality Control Inspector

for a short-term project in Qatar. The role involves reviewing project specifications, ensuring compliance with approved materials and quality plans, performing inspections and testing, following up on non-conformances, and preparing QC reports.

Nature and Scope of Position / Responsibilities:

Review project/work specifications prior to work execution Review project quality plan submitted the service provider to identify the list of inspection/testing checklists and their timelines Ensure the materials to be used to perform the work are in compliance with the approved samples Assist the project engineer in preparing the quality control and testing plan Perform the quality inspection and testing activities prepared in conjunction with the project engineer to ensure the work is executed according to technical specifications and method of statement Ensure the used materials is the same as approved ones Ensure the service provider performs inspections and testing according to the approved service provider quality plan Follow-up on the corrective actions to eliminate the source on non-conformance Prepare and submit quality control report to the project engineer Perform handing over testing and inspection Prepare and submit QC handing over report to project engineer Participate in the final project inspection as requested by the project engineer

Experience and Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years' QC experience. Fluency in English. Excellent computer skills.
