Job Description
FOR EPC OIL & GAS COMPANY IN SYRIA
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection and quality control activities for all welding, fabrication, and construction works in accordance with project specifications and codes. Ensure compliance with
ASME
,API
, and other international standards throughout all project phases. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of materials, welds, and assemblies. Review and verify welding procedures, WPS, PQRs, and welder qualifications. Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Construction Managers, and client representatives on all quality-related matters. Monitor NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities and review test reports to ensure compliance. Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist in implementing corrective actions. Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and documentation required for project handover. Support quality audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum8 years of experience
inQA/QC inspection
, with at least5 years in the GCC
. MandatoryCSWIP 3.2 certification
(Senior Welding Inspector). Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, and international inspection standards. Familiarity with EPC project workflows, fabrication yards, and on-site construction activities. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills. Must be willing to relocate to Syria.Job Type: Full-time
